Lynn University College of Business and Management at Quantum Beach 2025: Engaging the Future of Quantum Technology

Faculty from Lynn University’s College of Business and Management attended Quantum Beach 2025, the leading U.S. conference on quantum computing, held at the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach.

Dean R.T. Good led the Lynn University College of Business and Management faculty contingent, which included Dr. Matteo Peroni, Dr. Ellen Ramsey, Dr. Andrew Burnstine, Dr. George Antonio, Dr. R.G. Ghattas, Dr. Sherry Andre, and Dr. Victor Lian, joining leading voices from government, academia, and industry to explore how quantum science is reshaping business, technology, and policy.

Key discussions centered on:
• The commercial potential of applied quantum systems in cybersecurity, logistics, and drug discovery
• U.S. quantum policy and regulatory strategy
• Investment and capital models driving the quantum economy
• Workforce development to prepare students for quantum-era careers

The event featured leaders such as West Palm Beach Mayor Keith James, Florida Commerce Secretary Alex Kelly, Kelly Smallridge of the Business Development Board (BDB), and 15 state universities and colleges, all advancing the vision of Palm Beach County as the “Quantum Coast.”

At Lynn University, the College of Business and Management is building on this momentum — integrating quantum technology, AI, and data innovation into research and education in the classroom to prepare students for success in the emerging quantum economy.
