Félix Rivera-Mariani, associate professor in the College of Arts and Sciences, contributed as an active member of Aerobiology, Environmental and Occupational Respiratory Health, and Microbial Triggers of Disease Committees at the annual conference of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI). 

Rivera-Mariani serves as the vice chair and leads efforts to understand how the environment and microbes affect respiratory health, supporting AAAAI's mission to improve patient care through the advancement of the knowledge and practice of allergy, asthma and immunology.
