Airway Microbiome in Asthma: Microbiome Variations Between Atopy, Asthma Phenotype, and Inhaled Corticosteroid Treatment (Secondary Analysis of BioLINCC Accession HLB02232020a)

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

Secondary analysis of existing BioLINCC airway microbiome data to compare atopic asthma, atopy without asthma, and healthy controls, and to test whether inhaled corticosteroid treatment changes airway microbiome diversity and composition. The project uses multivariable and machine-learning approaches to identify microbiome-based biomarker signatures.
