The CREATE Leadership Model™ is an original leadership framework developed to support leadership self-awareness, ethical decision making, and relational effectiveness in organizational settings. The model includes six pillars: Conscious Self-Awareness, Relational Intelligence, Ethical Influence, Adaptive Growth, Transparent Communication, and Empowered Action. Current scholarly work includes development of assessment instruments and an IRB-approved pilot study with MBA students to examine the model’s impact on leadership development and career readiness.
