Abstract
Adlerian couple therapy is an approach that focuses on understanding individual dynamics within the couple, emphasizing mutual respect, encouragement, and cooperation to enhance understanding, improve communication, and foster equality within the relationship. This chapter uses the case of the Hogarths to explain and apply the conceptualization of problem formation and problem resolution, considerations of diversity, the role of the therapist, and ends with a hypothetical case transcript to describe and explain the model.
