Abstract

Both backward design and rapid instructional design methods employ unique approaches to designing valuable learning experiences. Combining these course design approaches and enriched best practices grounded in adultlearning theories helps instructional d fresh, rewarding, and immersive learning experiences for projectbased, e esigners create learning environments. This fusion of instructional design methods can be used in both academia and the workplace.
