Abstract
Senior Director of the Institute for Achievement and Learning Melissa Knight, recently presented at the Coaching in Higher Education Consortium (CHEC) Conference, held at Dallas College. In addition to her leadership at Lynn University, Knight serves as an executive board member on the CHEC.
Her presentation titled "Building a Culture of Coaching: Training, Collaboration and Best Practices," highlighted strategies for developing sustainable coaching programs through intentional training, cross-campus partnerships and shared professional standards.
