Abstract
The criminal justice system in the United States is dynamic and ever-changing. Discussions will focus on those deviations that are currently being examined and argued by scholars, practitioners, and students, who are called upon to interpret constructs, critically and resourcefully, in the foundations of law enforcement, corrections, and the courts. Dialogue and debate will concentrate on the Constitution and its application, the History of Policing and BIOPC, Policing in America from a Post-Pandemic Perspective, Ethics Training, Mass Shooters, Diversity in the Hiring Process, Challenges to Equity, Problem-Solving Courts, Institutional Corrections, and Emerging Technology
