Abstract
Business school students should graduate from their programs with the polish and professionalism that effects their education and allows their ideas to be well-received in the corporate world, and cross culturally in the global marketplace. Infusing the art of professional etiquette into the curriculum can be challenging on its own, but becomes more difficult in a virtual setting. In this session, I will share best practices that I have found through my own experiences on the Zoom platform, as well as the results of research I have conducted on this topic across undergraduate- and graduate-level business students.
