Abstract
This invited seminar, "Institutional Policy, Ethics, and AI," - Fulbright U.S. Scholar Activity - held at Senate Hall, Rectorate of the University of Tirana, addressed institutional policy considerations, ethical frameworks, and governance challenges related to the adoption of artificial intelligence in higher education and public institutions. The presentation explored responsible AI use, policy alignment, and ethical decision-making, contributing to institutional dialogue on AI integration and oversight.
