Abstract
The financial aid world experienced the perfect storm in 2024, particularly at Lynn University where the year marked the end of a four-year rollercoaster ride that resulted in the recruitment of the second-largest class in the university’s history. From dissolving a One Stop and moving financial aid services, to transitioning from a software platform they used for over 20 years to a new campus-wide platform, the post-COVID period at Lynn culminated with the FAFSA delays of 2024. Despite these challenges, it was also a year of resilience and overwhelming success. Learn how one institution survived the perfect storm and kept employees’ spirits high throughout.
