Abstract

As a learning leader, one needs to constantly and consistently think, understand, grow and begin each day anew. Through this shared value of being a learning leader we had a candid conversation with Joan McArthur-Blair who gave us wisdom from her journey. This conversation embraced the humbling practices of Appreciative Inquiry and, as a learning leader, it is important to embrace living life in a ‘draft’, unlocking the wisdom of others and letting go of perfection. The desire to learn from everyone we meet and the opportunity to never stop growing shows the commitment to being a learning leader.
