Small brands face the dilemma of whether to invest in AI and dilute creativity or avoid the technology and risk falling behind competitors.

To start, many are using mainstream tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Co-Pilot, and Perplexity to streamline processes or save money on otherwise costly services.

They then graduate to custom tools that can solve larger operational hurdles, such as merchandise planning or inventory management.

Even Fashion and Management students at Lynn University’s College of Business and Management are utilizing AI to study Buying and Inventory controls for fashion and retail companies worldwide.
