Abstract

The post-COVID world has seen a period of adjustment at many colleges and universities throughout the country. The challenges found in the sphere of recruitment and maintaining a happy team amidst the great resignation have been experienced by all. Combine this with the new approaches to working from home and the concept of the hybrid office, and it is safe to say that the workplace has forever changed. This roundtable discussion will provide an opportunity to share how different schools have approached these issues and will help generate ideas on how you can move your team forward.
