Abstract

Through collaborating closely with the admissions office to develop a sound financial plan for incoming students, one institution’s student financial services office helped to recruit record numbers of students for the 2021–22 school year.

Through strategic communications and personalized service, accounts were resolved faster, aid was processed quicker, and the traditional stress and rush of fall orientation evaporated into just another workday.
