Abstract
Lynn University current students and alumni from Professor Ellen Stern's photography class contributed to an art and photographic exhibit titled, "The Boca Bauhaus," on display at the Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC).
The exhibit also includes a piece by Dean of the College of Communication and Design Dr. Cesar Santalo, which depicts one of the building's architects, Marcel Breuer.
Professor Andrew Corsa helped to coordinate the inclusion of these photos, gather together historical photos for the exhibit, and write some of the short texts that accompany photographs.
Additionally, the exhibit now includes three student artworks that were honored at the 2025 All Hands on Deck event:
- "Philip Don Estridge's Workshop" by Candace Gordon - 1st place winner of the 2025 "Boca Bauhaus" art contest. A Boca Raton Tribune article that includes Candace Gordon's winning student-artwork and talks about that artwork and its context.
- "Solid State Television" by Ethan Sanchez - 2nd place in the 2025 "Boca Bauhaus" art contest
- "Where it All Began" by Nicole Garzon - 3rd place in the 2025 "Boca Bauhaus" art contest
