The Relationships Between Self-Esteem, Social Media Usage, and Academic Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between self-esteem, academic performance, and social media usage in college students. A positive relationship was found between self-esteem and social media usage. Little to no relationship was found between social media usage and academic performance.
